Mind-blowing experience at this hidden gem in the heart of the city! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The rooms were beautifully designed and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities you could need. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The garden was a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast and start the day. But the real highlight was the exceptional service from the team. They made our stay unforgettable. This enchanting place is an absolute must-visit – it's a true hidden gem!

I thoroughly enjoyed new-fashioned and incredibly spacious room in this hotel.
My room included an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a couch bed. Central location was a plus. The airport was 0.5 miles away.

Everything was perfect, excellent location not far from Naples, and local vineyards, great experience. Our suite with a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar was gorgeous. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was very, very nice...

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice smelling toiletries provided. The air conditioning worked well, which was great for the hot summer weather. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the marina and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
The exterior of the building needs renovating, which may give a negative first impression. However, once inside, the hotel is beautifully decorated and well-maintained.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a very nice area, so close to the beautiful gardens, the pedestrianised seafront and local vineyards. The staff was helpful, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. Our room was modern and reasonably spacious, had down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. It had a great city view balcony.

I was a bit intimidated by the old and outdated entrance of the hotel, but once I stepped inside Artemisia Domus - Giardino, I was transported into a true oasis. The property is absolutely stunning, and I would return just to stay at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and peaceful, despite being in the city. The staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the marina and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel.

The apartment was stunning, like living in a historical wonderland. The breakfast felt homemade and the garden was lovely. The staff went above and beyond, even if the sauna and steam room were a surprise at the end.
Only found out about the sauna and steam room at checkout. It's so fun to discover things last minute!

The entrance and staircase were like a hidden secret, adding to the excitement of our stay. The women running the hotel were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. The dining room opening up to a beautiful secret garden was a lovely surprise. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the option for made-to-order omelettes was a great touch. The hotel's location was perfect, being within walking distance of main attractions but insulated from the noise of the city. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, assisting with private boat trips, restaurant reservations, and tours. The building itself had a charming historical charm and the garden courtyard was a peaceful place to start the day. The staff were excellent, accommodating, and organised our late check-out and airport transfer seamlessly. Breakfast was smooth with plenty of variety. The renovation of the hotel was slick and stylish, while still maintaining its historical authenticity. Despite possible noise from ongoing renovation work, it had minimal impact on our stay. our experience at this hotel was outstanding.

Late check-in and airport transfer were arranged smoothly. Warm welcome and late-night drinks offered upon arrival. Breakfast had plenty of variety. Friendly staff helped with taxis and transportation. The building, though initially unappealing from the outside, is like a hidden palace with a slick renovation and nice historical features. The garden courtyard is a relaxing spot for breakfast. Minimal noise from ongoing renovations. Delicious lunch in the garden. Lovely spa. Accommodating front desk staff. Amazing shower. An oasis beyond the outward appearance. Excellent decor and beautiful rooms. Standout team who were beyond helpful. Very welcoming staff and delicious breakfast. Brand new with stunning details and comfortable beds. Fascinating history.
